Enquiries Are Not a Booking
Submitting the enquiry form on this website registers your interest only. It does not constitute a booking, reservation, or confirmation of charter. A charter is only confirmed once a formal charter agreement has been signed and the applicable deposit received.
Charter Agreement
All charters aboard M/Y NAIA are subject to a separate, formal charter agreement, which sets out the full terms of the booking, including payment schedule, cancellation terms, and conditions of charter. Where this website and the charter agreement differ, the charter agreement takes precedence.

All rates, dates, and information published on this website are indicative and subject to availability and confirmation at the time of enquiry. Prices, specifications, and itineraries may change without notice and do not constitute a binding offer.
